Refund Policy

You may request an instant refund for any of our membership services. Refunds will be prorated according to your billing cycle. If you request a refund on the same day you upgrade you will receive a 100% refund. If you request a refund half way through your billing cycle you will receive a 50% refund. Please allow 3-5 business day to process the refund.
